Videoconference technology lets people in separate locations hold face-to-face meetings in real time (synchronously). Several classrooms and conference rooms at Wilkes-Barre campus are equipped with built-in videoconference technology such as wall mounted cameras, microphones, speakers, and monitors. Any classroom on campus can become a videoconference classroom by connecting a webcam to the classroom computer. Webcams are installed on all classroom computers. Webcams provide a very basic videoconference experience, while built-in videoconference equipment provides an enhanced experience.
