The basic tasks of the University’s academic advising program are to help advisees identify and achieve their academic goals, to promote intellectual discovery, to encourage students to take advantage of both in- and out-of-class educational opportunities, and to become self-directed learners and decision makers.
Academic advising specialists are available at each campus to help students; in addition, there is a full range of print and electronic advising resources for student use, including LionPath. The Advising Center can help with your advising questions.
The Advising Center offers:
- Academic advising and course scheduling.
