Trig-Star Competition

Friday, April 4, 2025, 8:00 a.m.–1:45 p.m.

The Trig-Star competition is an annual high school mathematics competition focusing on practical applications of trigonometry. It is sponsored by the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the Pennsylvania Land Surveyors’ Foundation. The competition is intended to promote and recognize mastery of trigonometry among high school students, to acquaint students with practical applications of trigonometry, and to build awareness of the profession of surveying engineering.
