Student Success Services

All Student Success Services (SSS) events will be conducted via phone or online using Zoom desktop video conferencing for the foreseeable future. This includes academic advising, intake interviews, workshops, and seminars. We are here to support your success every step of the way, so please reach out to any of us with your questions or concerns. We will do all we can to help you navigate through the semester.

Remember, we are always here for you; view our staff contact information. Please use your Penn State email account when emailing us.

Student Success Services (SSS), a TRIO federal grant program, aims to increase college retention, graduation rates, and career options for first-generation college students, those from low-income families, the physically challenged, and students with learning disabilities.

The SSS program has three major components: academic support, career counseling, and out-of-class learning activities. SSS is committed to assisting students in making a successful transition when making a change of location from the Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus to University Park or other Penn State locations. The Student Success Services program enjoys collaborating with other academic units and student organizations to fulfill its mission.
