Penn State Wilkes-Barre research fair winners named

Penn State Wilkes-Barre recently held its Celebration of Scholarship, an annual competition that promotes and encourages undergraduate research.

DALLAS, Pa. — Penn State Wilkes-Barre has announced the winners of the 2022 Celebration of Scholarship, an annual competition that promotes and encourages undergraduate research. The event allows faculty and students at the campus to present their current research, scholarship and artistic endeavors.

Students and faculty in all disciplines, ranging from English to surveying engineering, biology, history and more, are invited to share their research with the campus community and the public by preparing a poster for display during the annual research fair. Every student who participates also must be prepared to provide an overview of their research and answer questions from judges at the event. Students and faculty are also on hand during the event to discuss their research.
