Penn State Go: Faculty & Staff Experience available

Starting Aug. 6, a faculty and staff COVID-19 symptom checker will go live as part of a new employee-centered experience in the Penn State Go app. In addition to the symptom checker, the new Faculty and Staff Experience will feature access to Penn State email, Canvas Teacher, a link to Workday, additional coronavirus resources, and much more.

Penn State University Athletic Conference postpones fall sports

Penn State Commonwealth Campuses Beaver, Brandywine, DuBois, Fayette, Hazleton, Greater Allegheny, Lehigh Valley, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Scranton, Schuylkill, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre and York will follow national movement among small conferences and push pause on play this fall due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Penn State plans to resume on-campus work and learning in fall semester

Following a three-month comprehensive planning process, Penn State officials have determined that the University can meet or exceed the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s guidelines for colleges and universities, and look forward to welcoming back faculty, staff and students to resume on-campus, in-person classes and other activities this fall in a limited fashion.

The awards honor students who show exceptional leadership both inside and outside the classroom through their participation in athletics, clubs and organizations, community service events and leadership programs.

Penn State Wilkes-Barre celebrated its graduates with an online event that included messages from Chancellor Dr. Dale Jones, Associate Chief Academic Officer and Associate Professor of English Lynda Goldstein, valedictorian Jesse Steltz, Advisory Board Chair Rebecca Bartuska and Penn State Wilkes-Barre Alumni Society President Jonathan Sinclair. It also featured video congratulations from Penn State Wilkes-Barre faculty and staff.
