Penn State Wilkes-Barre defeated Penn State Mont Alto 2-0 to finish up the season on a three game winning streak. Wilkes-Barre was led by freshman Mark Bugelholl who scored two goals to add to his team leading six. The Penn State Wilkes-Barre team finished the season 3-6. With a young squad this year's team showed that the future of Penn State Wilkes-Barre soccer is very bright.Â
Congratulations to Meghan Murtagh who was named PSUAC Volleyball Player of the Week. She is the second straight Wilkes-Barre player to win the award (Kellie Yekel won last week). Murtagh had 137 assists in the 5-1 week for the #15 USCAA ranked Penn State Wilkes-Barre.

The Penn State Wilkes-Barre golf team finished the season this past weekend at the PSUAC/USCAA Championships. The tournament was held at the Penn State University Golf Course in University Park, PA. The team finished 5th overall in the PSUAC and 11th out of 23 teams in the USCAA. Junior Mike Wills placed 8th overall (84/80) while sophomore Matt Boozer finished 9th overall (81/85), each winning medals. Junior Mark Wasickanin finished with scores of 89/87 and fellow sophomore Steve Brennan finished with scores of 99/95.Â
The Penn State Wilkes-Barre Women's Volleyball team is now ranked 15th nationally in the latest USCAA Coaches Poll.   Wilkes-Barre's record is now 11-2. They have three big games this weekend starting at noon on Saturday and Sunday. Please come and support our Women's Volleyball Team!
Congratulations to our #15th ranked women's volleyball team and USCAA Volleyball Setter of the Week, Meghan Murtagh. Meghan, a sophomore setter at Penn State Wilkes-Barre, led her team to a 3-1 record for the week and a 11-2 record on the year. Meghan finished the week with a remarkable 137 assists, 9 service aces and 15 digs.
