The Certified Recovery Specialist program will be held at the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Northern Tier Center in Towanda from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 6 through Aug. 3. The 54-hour Certified Recovery Specialist is a peer support position formally recognized by the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
