On November 26, 2018, nine students completed the Penn State Supply Chain Management Certificate program.

Eight of the students work at Mondelez International, and one student is an employee of Bridon-Bekaert.  Both companies are located in Hanover Industrial Estates in Hanover Township, PA.  This cohort began their work during the Spring 2017 semester.

This certificate program introduced participants to key concepts in the field, such as systems analysis, trade off analysis, transport systems, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain integration and strategy.  The program also provided an overview of supply chain management in relation to the needs of manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, merchandisers, and e-commerce.
