On Wednesday, April 28, Penn State Wilkes-Barre will be hosting an Executive Management Breakfast Series at the Best Western Genetti Hotel and Conference Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., beginning at 7:45 a.m. The topic for the April event will focus on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's recent approval for Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs to add table games such as poker, blackjack, and craps, a feature that gamblers could see as early as June or July.
Bobby Soper, President and CEO of Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs will be on hand at the breakfast series to explain the coming expansion to the casino, the employment outlook, and the financial impact for NEPA. The program, sponsored by the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Alumni Constituent Society, will conclude with a question and answer session.
