Men's Basketball Opens Up Conference Play With a Win

The Penn State Wilkes-Barre (1-4, 1-0 PSUAC) Men's Basketball team opened up conference play with its first win of the season against Penn State Schuylkill, defeating them by a score of 81-68. Sophomore Denzel Mensah was a perfect 7-7 from the field while leading his team to a team-high 20 points and pulling down 7 rebounds in only 21 minutes of action. Sophomore Drew Walker contributed 17 points of his own, drilling 3 three-pointers. Sophomore Bre'yan Jones was 5-7 (71%) from the field to contribute 10 points for the Mountain Lions. Penn State Wilkes-Barre will continue conference play as they take on Penn State New Kensington on Friday, November 30 at 7:00 pm in the ARB.
