Men's Basketball Loses a Close Battle with Penn State DuBois

Penn State Wilkes-Barre men's basketball team lost last Saturday, despite getting off to a quick start. Penn State Wilkes-Barre got off to a 23-7 lead 7 minutes into the game with some hot shooting. However, by halftime Penn State DuBois cut the deficit to 9. To start the second half, Penn State DuBois went on a 17-7 scoring run of their own. In the final minutes Penn State DuBois hit critical free throws to force Penn State Wilkes-Barre to a 5-11 overall record and 3-5 PSUAC record.  Jacob Bronder had another double-digit scoring game with a team high of 14 points for Penn State Wilkes-Barre. The men's team is looking to get back on track this Monday at home against PSUAC rival Penn State Worthington Scranton.
