Freshman Jason Carey finished third overall to earn USCAA All-American honors at the USCAA Cross Country National Championships.

In the men's race, Carey finished third overall in the 8K race with a time of 27:45. The men's team finished eighth overall out of 19 total teams.
183 runners competed in the men's race. Junior Chris Monahan finished 68th overall with a time of 31:45 and freshman Shane McCrory finished 69th with a time of 31:50. Freshman David Yunkunis also finished in the top 100, finishing 93rd overall with a time of 32:44.
