The Penn State Wilkes-Barre women's basketball team won at Penn State Hazleton on Wednesday night 61-54. The win improved the team's record to 3-1 in the PSUAC and 5-7 overall. The Lady Mountain Lions were led by senior Tiaira Brathwaite's double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds. Freshman Katelyn McLaughlin added 12 points, while freshman Sierra Eskridge led Wilkes-Barre on the board with 13 rebounds. Wilkes-Barre's final game before the Christmas break will be Friday at Penn State Lehigh Valley (Stabler Arena on the campus of Lehigh University) at 6:00 pm.
