Penn State Wilkes-Barre Men's Basketball Falls at Worthington Scranton

The Penn State Wilkes-Barre men's basketball team lost their final regular season away game at Penn State Worthington Scranton 70-64 on Tuesday evening. With the loss the team falls to 12-11 overall and 9-5 in the PSUAC. The Mountain Lions were led by Austin Walker's double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds. Denzel Mensah added 13 points to the contest with 3 assists. The Mountain Lions looked to be coming back but fell short and ran out of time. The team will look to end their three-game losing streak on Thursday night against Penn State Schuylkill at 8pm. This game is the final regular season home game and is also the annual senior night white-out. There will be games, music, giveaways and food for sale at the event, along with a ceremony honoring the senior athletes from all sports.
