Women's Basketball Puts Up Great Effort But Falls Short vs. Penn State Hazleton

In spite of putting out a tremendous effort, the Penn State Wilkes-Barre women's basketball team (3-6 overall, 0-4 PSUAC) fell to Penn State Hazleton on Friday night 59-45. Breana Moore led all scorers with 23 points, while Jacqueline Rabender added 10 points and 7 rebounds for Wilkes-Barre. This was the final game before the holiday break for the Mountain Lions. The team will return after the new year to play at King's College on Thursday, January 8th at 6pm.
