The Penn State Wilkes-Barre men's basketball team (5-7 overall, 2-3 PSUAC) battled Penn State Hazleton to the very end before falling 64-59 on Friday night. Wilkes-Barre was led by Manny Young with 19 points, while Robert Heft added 11 points. Austin Walker also scored in double digits with 10 points. AJ Jones led Wilkes-Barre with 8 rebounds. This was the final game before the holiday break for the Mountain Lions. The team will return after the new year to play at Wilkes University on Wednesday, January 7th at 7:00 pm before hosting King's College on Saturday, January 10th at 1:00 pm.
