Penn State Wilkes-Barre Baseball Falls at Penn State Schuylkill

The Penn State Wilkes-Barre baseball team lost both of their away games at Penn State Schuylkill on April 1st. In the first of the two games, Wilkes-Barre fell 9-6. Wilkes-Barre scored all six of their runs in the sixth and seventh innings. Alex Klinger and Richard Portugal each had two runs, while Francis Brodi III and Eric Gurzynski each scored a run. In the second game of the afternoon's doubleheader, Wilkes-Barre fell to Schuylkill 16-1; Alan Gulbierz had the only run of the game. After the two games were over, Penn State Wilkes-Barre fell to 0-2, and Penn State Schuylkill improved to 6-4. The team will face Penn State Mont Alto on Sunday, April 12th in an away game. This will be a doubleheader, with the first of the games starting at 2pm.
