Penn State Wilkes-Barre Loses Two at Worthington Scranton

The Penn State Wilkes-Barre men's baseball team lost both of their games vs. Penn State Worthington Scranton on April 18th. In the first of the two games, Wilkes-Barre fell 6-4. Portugal had one run, one hit and one BB. Klinger had two runs, two hits, one RBI and one BB, while Ed Moffet had one run and two hits. In the second game of the afternoon's doubleheader, Wilkes-Barre fell to Worthington Scranton 6-5. Alan Gulbierz was Wilkes-Barre's best hitter; he had one home run, two runs, two hits and two RBI's. With these two games, Penn State Wilkes-Barre falls to 0-8 and Penn State Worthington Scranton improves to 2-10. The Wilkes-Barre Mountain Lions will face Hazleton on Sunday April 19th away. This will be a doubleheader, with the first of the games starting at 2pm.
