Registration Instructions
Please note! If you are registering someone other than yourself (e.g., a parent registering a child), you will be acting as that person during the registration process; enter their information, not your own.
Registration for Summer Youth Camps is online. The easiest way to register for multiple summer camps is to visit our Upcoming Offerings page. Or, you can register for an individual camp by going to the Summer Camp Schedule page and clicking the “Register” link associated with the desired camp.
Advance registration and payment are requested at least two weeks prior to the camp start dates. Camps have limited enrollment and often fill up quickly. Early registration will also help to ensure that a camp is not cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Registrations must be received by April 16th to receive the early bird discount of 10% off per camp (excludes $119 sport camps, WISE camps and Teen Entrepreneurial Challenge). A registration confirmation will be emailed prior to the start of camp.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a camper registration, email our office at [email protected]. Refunds will be made only if a written cancellation notification is received at least seven business days prior to the first day of the camp. After that, the participant or organization will be held responsible for the fee.
