Mobile id+
The new mobile id+ card allows students, faculty, and staff to use their iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device to securely make purchases with LionCash, access buildings, and more. Mobile id+ will replace the physical id+ card as the university's primary credential.
id+ Card
The id+ card is the physical card format of Penn State's primary credential, the mobile id+ card.
Where can I get it?
The Penn State Wilkes-Barre ID+ office is located in the Student Affairs Office (122 Murphy Student Services Center). If you don’t have an ID+ card, you can schedule an appointment by contacting Student Affairs to have your picture taken and get your ID. You are required to bring a current photo ID card (e.g., driver’s license, school ID, military ID, passport) with you.
What’s it for?
You can use your id+ card for:
- photo identification
- obtaining an e-mail Access Account
- library services
- purchasing tickets for and being admitted to University events
- LionCash+ spending in the Bookstore or the Hickory Court Café
- PNC banking
