Are you looking for a fresh perspective to drive sales results? Students attending this program will learn about a new and insightful model for sales. This model is a hallway with eight named rooms that have separate entrances and exits. The only way to exit one room and enter the next is to follow specific instructions provided in the current room. The room names are: Pre-Prospecting; Prospecting; Contact Origination; Qualification; Presentation; Overcoming Stalls, Objections and Concerns; Closing; and Referrals and Introductions. By applying this model, sales leaders will be better able to pin-point where they are getting caught and find solutions.
