ID card services are handled by appointment in the Student Affairs office, 101 Hayfield House. Employees and students who do not have an id+ card can schedule an appointment to have their picture taken and receive their ID.
In August, all new students had an opportunity to upload a photo and have the id+ card mailed to their permanent address. If you successfully uploaded a photo, but still have not received an id+ card, please email Susan Cunningham in Student Affairs.
If you previously had an ID but lost it, send an email to [email protected] with “ID CARD REPRINT” in the subject line. Please include your name, 9-digit Penn State ID number, and a daytime phone number. You’ll receive a verification phone call and be given further instructions.
