Weidele, Tina

Tina Weidele began her career as the office manager at Lehigh County Extension, a position she held for a decade. During this time, Tina served as co-chair of the Penn State Extension Staff Advisory Council.

In May 2022, Tina transitioned into the role of Assistant Financial Officer at Penn State Lehigh Valley, where she excelled in documenting campus policies, training faculty and staff, and streamlining financial workflows. Her broad experience and deep understanding of Penn State’s operations have made her an invaluable asset to the University.

In December 2024, Tina became the Regional Financial Officer for Penn State’s Northeast PA region, supporting the Hazleton, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre campuses.

Tina is also an active member of her community, serving as her township's tax collector for the past nine years.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys riding her e-bike, gardening, and caring for her extensive collection of houseplants.
