Are you looking to learn the game of golf in a relaxed atmosphere with players of your own ability? Whether you are a novice or a beginner, you will have fun learning the fundamentals including grip, stance, alignment and the full swing. Develop skills for pitching, chipping, and putting on a grass putting green with plenty of time for questions about everything from clubs to course strategies.

Students from Penn State Wilkes-Barre are furthering their knowledge of dolphin communications and cognition this week as they study the mammals in native and protected habitats along the Florida Keys. This trip is part of the Penn State Honor Program led locally by campus faculty members, Mrs. Theresa Clemente and Mr. William Bachman.
From Lego Land® to ogre swamps, from sports to science and animals to art, Penn State Wilkes-Barre is offering twenty seven enrichment and four sports camps this summer, which are sure to appeal to every young mind. The camps are designed to engage children and teens of all grade levels to become physically active and creative.
New camps this year include: Earth & Space Camp, Elementary Olympics, Let's Go to the Movies!, You're an Author, Fiesta Espanola, Candy Science, Summer Fun Science, Minecraft Modders, Soccer (Co-Ed), and many more.
On Saturday, May 21, 2016, the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Alumni Society will co-sponsor its seventh annual Penn State Day at Knoebels Amusement Park in Elysburg, Pennsylvania. Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Pavilion M, and the program will begin at 11:00 a.m. Paul Clifford, chief executive officer of the Penn State Alumni Association and associate vice president for alumni relations for the University, will be featured. The program will include lunch, a performance by the Alumni Blue Band, an appearance by the Nittany Lion, and prize raffles.
The Penn State Wilkes-Barre Athletic Department is accepting nominations for
2016 inductees into the Athletic Wall of Fame. Nominations for this year's
class will be accepted up until March 1st. Nomination forms and eligibility requirements are available online. If you have any
