The Dynamics of Personal and Professional Leadership

Not your typical leadership experience! Many of today’s leaders are so busy that they rarely have time to focus on personal development and long-term planning. This workshop series is designed to help today’s leaders gain a competitive advantage through long-term planning and “big picture” thinking. Throughout the series, students will have the opportunity to do an in-depth study of goal setting, personal vision/mission statements, and classical and modern leadership models.

The Workshops

Developing a Personal Vision and Value Statement

Most organizations have one; why not the people that work in organizations? That is the premise of developing a personal vision statement. Following along a prescribed question process, the participants are led into the self discovery of what is most important to them and how they can set a direction to achieve those things. Then, values are introduced as a means of creating a road map for the endeavors that the participant developed.
