Penn State Wilkes-Barre's Continuing Education Department announces a free executive leadership workshop available at two locations this fall.
Titled Personal and Corporate Drivers for Effortless Excellence, this fast-paced presentation will explore both personal and corporate drivers that modern managers and executive leaders are using to power higher levels of success within their organizations. Two sets of topics will be addressed: personal and business growth. Personal topics will include how to develop a deeper level of belief in yourself and your organization, getting committed to life-long learning, and taking personal responsibility. Business-growth topics will cover developing imagination and courage, and learning about external focus and what it means to your organization.
This workshop will be held at Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Friday, September 26th and at Penn State Northern Tier Center in Towanda on Friday, October 10th. There is no financial obligation. A continental breakfast is included. The program and breakfast will run from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Participants will be briefly introduced to future programs for their review.
According to Jane Ashton, Director of Continuing Education at Penn State Wilkes-Barre, "This workshop is geared towards business executives and CEOs. The workshop will focus on key leadership topics and will provide attendees the opportunity to interact with local decision-makers and business leaders."
