The Hayfield Award for Staff Excellence
The purpose of this award is to recognize the outstanding ongoing performance of a staff member (or team of staff members) who has demonstrated and practiced the philosophy of continuous quality improvement, team spirit, managerial excellence in the performance of assigned duties, and leadership in establishing a quality service orientation, to benefit the campus unit and the University.
Eligibility
Any full-time or part-time individual staff member (or team of staff members) at Penn State Wilkes‑Barre is eligible to receive this award.
Evaluation Criteria
Support documents should delineate how the individual (or team) meets the criteria for this award. These documents should use specific recent examples to demonstrate how the person (or team) meets, or exceeds, the criteria, as well as the degree of commitment to the criteria.
Nominations
In the left-hand menu you will find a link to the nomination form. Anyone may nominate eligible individuals/teams for the award. Nominations are made to the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Hayfield Award Committee.
