Dr. Deyu Pan joined Penn State Wilkes-Barre as an assistant professor in the Rehabilitation and Human Services program in August 2021. He received his doctorate in counselor education and supervision (with a minor in applied statistics) and master of art in rehabilitation counseling from The University of Iowa, and dual master’s degrees in professional counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Dr. Pan has worked with people with disabilities in a variety of settings. His clinical and research interests include quality of life and personal recovery for people with psychiatric disabilities.
