Penn State University Libraries presented its sixth annual "Undergraduate Research Award: Excellence in Information Literacy" honors at the end of the spring 2023 semester to 136 students at 20 undergraduate Penn State campuses.
Members of the community are invited to attend the 37th annual Arts at Hayfield Summer Arts Festival, which will be held on the campus of Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Aug. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event will feature more than 120 artisans, performers, crafters and food vendors from across Pennsylvania and will take place rain or shine.
Penn State Wilkes-Barre, Penn State Hazleton and Penn State Scranton came together for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders’ STEM School Days at PNC Field. The events were held on May 11 and May 24, allowing hundreds of elementary, middle and high school students to attend from a variety of school districts throughout northeastern Pennsylvania.

Ten Penn State organizations will co-sponsor the 12th annual Penn State Day at Knoebels Amusement Park in Elysburg, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, May 20. Registration will begin at 10 a.m. at Pavilion M. The program will begin at 11 a.m., which includes lunch, a performance by the Alumni Blue Band, an appearance by the Nittany Lion, and prize raffles. This event is open to Penn State alumni, family and friends.
