Food Bank

Food Bank

The Office of Student Affairs is committed to helping our students to be able to fully enjoy their college experience. With this in mind, Student Affairs provides students with a food bank that is available to every student at no charge. The food bank stocks non-perishable items that can be used to make meals on their own.

This food bank is supported by faculty, staff and community supporters of Penn State Wilkes-Barre who give donations of new non-perishable food items, monetary donations and gift card donations from area grocery stores. Donations are taken at any time to be used for the food bank.

The food bank is open each day from 8:00am until 5:00pm and after 5:00pm by appointment. It is housed in the Student Affairs Office in 101 Hayfield House. Please feel free to contact Student Affairs at 570-675-9279 if you have questions or need to schedule an after hours appointment.
