Camp Registration Deadlines
Registration and payment, as well as participant forms, are due prior to the start of camp. Camps have limited enrollment and often fill up quickly. Early registration will also help to ensure that a camp is not cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
Camp Cancellations by Penn State
The University reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment or for other unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is cancelled, registrants will be notified immediately, and registration fee refunds will be processed. Please note that the University cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel a registration, we require written notification via email to [email protected]. If your cancellation request is received before or on May 29, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between May 30, 2026, and the start of camp will not receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued after the start of the program.
