The Nittany Woodlands is your home away from home at Penn State Wilkes-Barre. A privately owned apartment complex adjacent to the campus, the Nittany Woodlands has rooms available for students who are enrolled in the fall 2008 semester. The housing complex is situated on ten acres of natural woodlands and is designed for the comfort, safety, and convenience of students. With a walkway and roadway connecting directly to campus, students are within minutes of classes and all activities. During this summer, the apartments will be completely refurbished and will include new flooring, appliances and furniture. Rental prices for these units will not increase during the 2008-2009 academic year.
